I wanted to comment on New Vision Care Services. Mum came out of a care home after receiving intermediate care to a New Vision care package of 3 visits a day, she was given time slots during the day. After 7 weeks, we can't praise New Vision enough. Her two main carers are amazing and such caring people who can't do enough for Mum. When they are not available, the other carers provided have also given a great service. Lorraine, the deputy manager, is always accessible and dedicated to providing a high standard of care.
I am a new service user today, l was blown away with a lady called Lorraine who came to see me last week and then today I met a lady called Nomsa who started my care, absolutely lovely both of them. People are quick to complain it’s only fair to compliment the two special people who have come into my life and made me want to live again. No words can explain how I feel now compared to how I felt before I met Lorraine, I thought my life was finished. Thank you so much ♥︎♥︎
I attended CL’s home address yesterday and would like to pass on my compliments to the carers that are attending. CL’s home was clean and tidy when I attended, she had fresh bedding on her bed and she was looking clean and presentable. CL stated that the carers are taking good care of her and she loves them. I’d like to thank the carers for all their hard work and resilience when working with CL it is very much appreciated.
